Adam Shafer supports capital formation, investment due diligence, and financial underwriting across the energy, maritime, and aviation sectors. Prior to joining Rose Cay, he was at Generate Capital, where he supported capital allocation decisions, credit modeling, and portfolio management activities. He also served as the inaugural analyst at an Apollo-backed venture that structured and launched the first new U.S. residential mortgage product since 1991. Mr. Shafer received his B.A. in Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
