Mark Buzby, Ret. Rear Admiral, US Navy
Maritime Operations & Safety Expertise
Mark “Buz” Buzby, Ret. Rear Admiral, U.S. Navy, most recently served as the Administrator of the U.S. Maritime Administration. He was Commander of the Military Sealift Command and made numerous deployments, including command of destroyer USS Carney, and Destroyer Squadron 31 as sea combat commander for the Abraham Lincoln Battle Group. In 2013, Admiral Buzby retired from the Navy and joined Carnival Cruise Line's Safety & Reliability Review Board.
Jean-Pierre Boudrias

Jean-Pierre Boudrias is the former Head of North America Project Financing for Goldman Sachs with over 20 years of investment banking and investment experience in the power and energy sector. Mr. Boudrias is a Co-Founder of Aequatis, a hydrogen venture. He holds a BBA from HEC Montreal, an MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business and is a CFA charter holder.

Kevin Billings is the founder and CEO of Legation Strategies. Kevin served as the Assistant Secretary of the United States Air Force where his responsibilities included the world-wide management and direction of the United States Air Force $38 billion logistics, installations, environment, and energy programs.
