Carol Lombardo is a Senior Administrative Assistant at Rose Cay focused on payroll processing, benefits administration, accounting, and regulatory compliance, providing a strong foundation for the firm’s administrative operations. At Rose Cay Maritime, Ms. Lombardo managed over 130 employees across multiple states. In this role, she oversaw onboarding, certifications, benefits, and compliance reporting, while supporting executive administration in a remote environment. Her efforts were critical in maintaining strict regulatory standards during the platform’s rapid operational scaling. Prior to joining Rose Cay, Ms. Lombardo spent more than three decades as a Corporate Administrator and OSHA Compliance Officer handling full-cycle accounting, payroll, OSHA compliance, licensing, and audits while improving cash flow and maintaining strict regulatory standards.
