Andrew McAllister is an executive at Rose Cay, where he leverages deep operating experience and industry relationships to drive origination, due diligence, and underwriting with a focus on the maritime sector. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Rose Cay Maritime, where he helped scale the company from inception to $420 million in assets and $60 million in revenue within its first year. In this capacity, he negotiated multimillion-dollar shipyard projects and built the financial and enterprise-wide infrastructure necessary to support rapid institutional growth. Prior to Rose Cay, Mr. McAllister spent 16 years at McAllister Towing and Transportation as Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Finance. He spearheaded the digital transformation of the 150-year-old enterprise and optimized fleet financing to significantly increase annual cash flow and revenue. His earlier career includes senior roles at Prudential Securities, Morgan Stanley, and Merrill Lynch, focusing on operational risk management and process automation. Mr. McAllister holds an M.B.A. from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a B.A. from Connecticut College.
