Hannah Kauffman is an Executive Director at Rose Cay. Prior to joining Rose Cay, she was at Morgan Stanley, where she spent nearly 10 years across global capital markets, corporate technology, operations and investor relations while based in the U.S. and Singapore. Hannah has advised on more than 40 transactions totaling over $20 billion. She has significant experience working on capital markets transactions including IPOs, secondary offerings, and private placements and was most recently on Morgan Stanley's global investor relations team. She received her B.A. in Public Policy with a concentration in International Security from Stanford University.
