Joel Fine is General Counsel at Rose Cay. Prior to joining Rose Cay, Joel practiced in the Finance & Banking groups at Thompson & Knight LLP and Winstead PC in Houston, Texas, where he focused on commercial finance and investment transactions. Joel began his career with PwC’s International Tax and Global Structuring team, where he advised clients on international and corporate taxation, including design and implementation of tax-efficient mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and restructurings. Joel earned his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law and his B.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Business Law from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
