Richard Pappas is an Accounting Manager at Rose Cay, where he oversees day-to-day accounting processes across multi-entity organizations, utilizing his expertise in audit support, compliance, and diverse financial systems. At Rose Cay Maritime, Mr. Pappas played a hands-on role in managing the financial operations of a regulated, asset-intensive environment. He was responsible for critical functions including cash management, billing, and financial reporting, ensuring the integrity of the platform’s accounting infrastructure during its scaling phase. Prior to joining Rose Cay, Mr. Pappas spent over a decade at Bouchard Transportation, where he served in both Staff and Junior Accountant roles. Mr. Pappas completed undergraduate studies at Dowling College and Hofstra University, earning a B.A. in Accounting in 2008.
